Amateur cooks: too much thyme?

You could maybe add more browned onions and other vegetables.

A couple of big chunks (quarter) of potato will absorb salt and some pepper, but I don't know about thyme. It could not hurt.

But yes, you could double your base recipe with some added ingredients, carrots, more turkey

Thymes A'Wastin.
