You always lose a little in the keg that just won't come out.
There is a tube that goes from the coupler to the bottom of the barrel. The beer is drawn from the bottom when you tap it. Depending on where this tube is positioned in relation to the bottom of the can determines if you get that last drop.
Like Racer X stated, if you let it get to room temp, it's not worth getting the last bit anyway.
