i just watched obama's 1/2hr on my local fox channel and i thought it was great.
his narrative is powerful-it truly is a version of the american dream. i thought he found compelling stories of "real" americans to illustrate the policy decisions that he represents.
i also noted the optimistic, hopeful tone of the piece. sure he spoke of 8 years of failed policies but neither bush's or mccain's or palin's name was mentioned once.
fact is, obama has put together a good team and they have run a darn good campaign.
i am hopeful.
at this moment in our country's history, we sure can use a person of vision who can support our better selves.
i am hopeful that obama is that person..
be well
