Unedited pictures always print much darker than my screen image. I think color management may not be the issue. Suggesti

I have the iP6000D, which is a notch below the 8500 (six ink tanks instead of eight.) I have the same problem getting a print to match my display, and I finally had to resort to buying a Spyder for monitor calibration. If there are any settings in the Canon printing software for gamma, I've never found them. Software is one area in which Epson continues to outshine both Canon and HP.
