We live a 1/2 mile from a middle school. While walking pass our front porch on their way home, some of these children would agitate our 12 lbs mutt into barking. We haven't caught them red hand yet but I keep getting reports from our next door neighbors. One time I caught two little punks threw rolled up newspaper at our dog and I gave them a stern lecture in front of their peers. One sincerely apologized; his accomplish gave me the "F" you attitude.
