OWC Poor Showing on Resellerratings.com

My 1st shopping experience with OWC (years ago) was not so pleasant. Getting hit with a restocking fee for what I considered to be a defective item left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. About a year & a half ago I ordered a MiniStacker from 'em & all's fine now once I silenced the horribly annoying high pitched buzz the thing made for about a year.
