Since Parallels has also provided me with a contact there to work with, I'm also asking for their feedback on some of my preliminary test results - even though it contradicts the claims on their site.

Contact Low End Mac and tell Dan you want to write a one off review, small series or whatever. If he gives you the okay, turn around and contact Adobe again. Alternately, you could try Matt over on AppleSwitcher.com. He'd probably enjoy such a series as you've proposed.
