The other day in the grocery store I noticed that the 12-Pack of soda cans had been downsized to an 8-Pack. So far it only seemed to be Pepsi products, the Coke products were still 12-Packs.
I'm wondering if they might start tinkering with the 12oz can, or 2-Liter bottle sizes in the future.
In the past few years, ice cream has gone from 1/2 gallon (which I remember as a standard for many decades) to 1.75 Quarts and then 1.5 Quarts.
What other long time packaging standards have you noticed changing?
