Wouldn't the dog get to stud more often? That's not a bad thing from the dog's point of view.
One would have to ask the dog if it's a good thing or bad, or leave it up to the dog to do it whenever nature strikes. Otherwise, it'd be the Michael Vick's method of breeding.
