The manager cant do diddly when they are liquidating. You need to find the liquidator and deal with him. When CompUSA bought Computer City, we had no authority whatsoever when it came to pricing. They live by the "There's a sucker born every minute" theory during liquidation. I would move on or take the Apple deal.
