I do order from them, and I (my accountant) dutifully check that box and pay the whatever standardized amount is. But since I order so much, it is far prefferable to actually paying it when it is ordered.

And I buy a lot of used stuff as well. 2 computers, and a canon 5D this year.... tax free.
