Simple way to include Letterhead in Word Documents

I did this a while back, but I don't use word anymore. Best that I can remember, I put a text box into the header and locked it's position. It was quite tricky and I am sorry that I can't help more.

I would really consider Apple's Pages. I have found it well worth the money.
