I saute (apparently the new forum won't let me spell saute correctly) ground beef with some spicy seasoning, chopped onion, maybe some grated Parmesan. Then stuff it into the peppers. I cover it with a can of tomato soup or two, so that the soup goes down into the peppers a bit. Then I cook it in the oven until the peppers are a little soft. Put the pepper in a bowl, spoon a bit of the soup on top and serve. It is pretty low-brow, but tasty.
