Put on a Pizza? Add to Spaghetti sauce?
Sliced Peppers (about half of a red and green depending on the size), onion (about a quarter or less of onion, depending on the size), mushrooms and low fat kilbasa.
Saute the peppers and onions briefly. Add the mushrooms. Then add the kilbasa and brown on both sides. Add fresh ground pepper, basil and oregano. Add seasoned salt on top of the kilbasa.
Then add one can (small can, not regular sized can) of Hunt's tomato sauce. I use the seasoned kind (got many different kinds of seasoning). Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add fresh sliced tomatoes for 1-2 min. Then serve.
With the one small can of the tomato sauce, that will serve two with healthy proportions. YMMV
