Based on what you wrote, I would believe that you support zero taxes for the highest earners. Or maybe you support a flat tax of $5,000 for everyone with a job. That way, no one would be paying more or less taxes than anyone else. Your statements are so vague, that one could interpret them any way.

Who is increasing taxes? Who is decreasing taxes? On whom are they being increased of decreased.

Obama is calling for a repeal of the Bush tax cuts. Is that an increase, a decrease, or no change?

If you make more money, you pay more taxes. There is no way around it without a really good accountant and some off-shore accounts. Is that how you define "penalizing success"? Some call it paying your fair share.
