WWII? WWI? Armenian Genocide? German Holocaust? How far back can we go? Rwanda, Darfur, Cambodia, Sudan - there are plenty.
Other than WWII, which is going way back, in none of the above was US a party to the conflict. Those are the kinds I am talking about.
