Where is the President-elect?

As he has already pointed out, we get one president at a time. Obama has stated some of the things he would work on after getting in office in January if steps taken between now and then are not sufficient. But until then, he has no official status as President-Elect. Some of his staff are talking with congressional leaders, not much more they can do at this point in time.
