Jones-Kelly should be fired - but more for using her government email account for partisan political activity than for the searches of JtP's information.
Swampy you sure do seem to be worked up about this abuse of government power. How are you feeling about the very real possibility of the Bush justice department being manipulated to send an innocent former governor and political rival to jail. In the last thread related to this you hadn't given it much thought. Surely if you really are upset about abuse of government power, you would be more upset about that than you would be about Ohio database searches where the investigator concluded, "All these searches were done in the midst of a national political campaign," the report said. "But we did not find any evidence that shows the data was accessed or information released in response to media requests in an effort to support any political activity or agenda."
