Obama covered his butt. To the extent that the media really didn't have anything "other" than fairly good things to say about him. The bad:
1. Muslim terrorist. Propagated by pure unadulterated buzzard puke (racists). Nothing.
2. Wayward Preacher. Much ado about nothing. Really nothing at all.
3. Rezko. Untimely and coincidental set of circumstances. Nothing.
4. Michelle. First time being proud America. Like America is perfect. It can still be way better. Basically, nothing.
5. Clinging to guns. Nothing.
6. Ayers. Nothing. Stretched to the hilt bs.
All of this is debatable by those that would debate it, but whatever.
No lying. No cheating. No stealing. No embezzling. No harlots, trollops or vamps. Can't jam him up about the war or anything. So it all looks pretty positive. The media was clearly hoping that Hillary would rally like she did towards the end of the primaries and hoped that there would be drama at the Convention, which there was. Beyond that, McCain had nothing on him.
