Condolences to you, sounds like your family is awesome- every person with special needs should be as fortunate as your brother. Props to your family for letting him say that it is time, and not challenging him on his decision.

My ex wife hates her handicapped brother with a ferocity that I cannot fathom, I should have noticed that as a red flag years ago.
