perhaps, but would you feel the same if a store refused to decorate a wedding cake with a mixed race or same sex couple, or a bar mitzpha (sp?) cake with a Star of David? that's the kind of slippery slope i think this gets on to.
All of those, except possibly the same sex couple, would fall under equal access and non-discrimination laws in the whole country. So we are not even on the slope you see. In a number of states even the same sex couple would fall under that protection.
