Taking apart a G4 powerbook (17 aluminum)?

Just go slow and be careful. Get one of those guides which has a slot for all the screws. Then use double sided tape to make sure the screws stay where you put them.
Other general tips, especially for notebooks: a large, uncluttered work area. PLENTY of lighting. Lots of patience. |
