How can I burn CD with jpgs for use on PC?

I have a Mac Mini 1.66 GHz Intel Core Duo with 2 GB RAM SuperDrive running 10.5.6. I haven't seen a reason to buy Toast. Should I?

I know how to burn CDs and DVDs, it's just that when I give .jpgs on a CD to a PC person, they complain that they can't see images. I follow the 8/3 rule for each image name.

I don't ever burn CDs from iPhoto.

I will try the finder method.

PS: Does the CD require a 8/3 rule name? If so, what is the suffix (.xxx)?
