2.5" USB drive oddity

I have loads of FW only 2.5" externals but needed a USB2 to backup my 'OSXMini 9'. After some research, I settled on the Buffalo 300GB MiniStation Turbo. Although it's only a 4200 HD inside, it's a perfect match for the tiny netbook. No power issues at all, just using the USB2 data cable, even when the Mini 9 is on battery power.
