There's a lot of programs out there. Most of which won't benefit very many people.

Instead of these programs to buy more cars for the government, why not just give each and every taxpayer ten thousand dollars as a stimulus? A stimulus design to fuel American spending. Give the people money to spend in their community, which will support the community and drive consumer confidence.

It might be cheaper!
