The elementary school just posted in the newletter that the ball fields (where dog owners were letting their big dogs off leash and not picking up the waste) were now off limits because it was unsanitary for the children to play here. The school went on to say that they tried to be lenient, but owners were irresponsible and now the fields would be locked and on camera.

People just don't get it.
