The neighbor that got involved called me miserable and then began a "kitchen sink" argument... dragging in every topic from my watering, to my wardrobe and the frequency in which I wear my outdoor clothes.....

Glad to know that this idiot has nothing better to do than monitor my mental health, wardrobe and defend irresponsible dog owners.
