Turned 60 last week. Sheesh! I'm surprised at the size of the 45 to 64 group! Maybe the young 'uns aren't bragging like us old farts. Here's me (the little one) about '52 with my bro who turns 65 today.
I remember my folks' old Chevy in the photo. I used to lay on the shelf behind the back seat, way before seat belts; our old Dumont B&W tv and 3 channels we got in Hawaii;sputnik; President Eisenhower; John Glenn becoming the first American to orbit the earth; Kennedy's inauguration and assassination; Annette Funicello on Mickey Mouse club, my first crush.
