I can guarantee you it is not 'way cooler' than a Surface. ; )
Just a touchscreen monitor (or monitor with a touch overlay) - no multi-touch, nothing that likely optimizes the OS for a touchscreen experience other than regular mouse input.
Interesting concept though and the looks aren't that bad at all. I doubt Apple will be out to get this guy...just a monitor hooked up to a Mac, unless the hardware isn't Apple. I'd be curious to what is under the hood - Mini I would think?
