You can clone the partition with Winclone, remove then recreate a new larger partition with Boot Camp (don't proceed past the partition creation stage), then restore your installation with Winclone to the new larger partition. You'll have to activate certain special options in Winclone when you do so--instructions are on the Winclone site.
