AT&T iPhone in-store service...ridiculous!!

I asked why they didn't ave a copy and he told me that it was standard practice...you can't get help with iPhone service issues at B&M AT&T stores. Without the power of monopoly, you can bet companies like this would go out of business fast. So,

I could be wrong here, but I think the issue is with Apple. They don't want uneducated ATT people giving support on their phones.
