How do y'all survive without a broadband connection?

I have an Airport with a modem built in and my D-Link router can use an external modem as a fall back as well.

Of course, I hope never to have to use either for my internet connection.

I guess if it got to that point, I'd hack my cellphone and connect that way... just don't tell Verizon.
