booooooooo

If you've got Newt on ignore, I'm apparently in great company.
Any chance you could try to be at least slightly bigger than miniscule and keep your ignored list to yourself? The intent of the feature was to decrease animosity, not provide misanthropes with another way to taunt people they think have slighted them somehow.

Thank you for changing the headline.

And making those of us who objected to it look like crazy people!

Yeah, you guys look like a bunch of angry folk. Where're your pitchforks?

I, for one, am impatiently waiting for them to open a KC location. They're now in Indy, STL, Mpls, Dallas...no excuse for them not to be here.

The retail machine that Albrecht built with his brother Karl has won over German consumers with their no-thrills but super-cheap offer, making billionaires of the two and spawning imitation "hard-discount" stores across Europe.

Wait...

Trader Joe's is supposed to be cheap?!!
The "super cheap" was referring to their other store - Aldi's.

If you can find a better bottle of wine for $2, post it!

I guess it is relative to where you live, but yes, Trader Joe's is cheap (for many items, anyway!)

Agreed, best value on wines by far, and also a few things I wouldn't bother buying anywhere else e.g. pine nuts. Way overdue for one in my part of town.

yes, especially compared to Whole Foods. actually, TJs is better than Kroger's and Publix and is good for specialty items you won't find in either of those stores.

btw, i shop at TJ's and Aldi. some of their items, especially in the cereal aisle, are exactly the same but cheaper at Aldi.
