First your image has to be hosted somewhere.

In the menu choices that start with:
Forum List • Go to Topic • Message List etc. find "Control Center."

In the left menu pane find "Edit my Files" all the way at the bottom.

The upload process should be self-explanatory.

Once your file is uploaded, find it in the list and click on it.

The URL that displays in your URL bar when you view the image is the one you want to use in your post.

You still have it? I think we got that piano in '77 or '78. They sounded great for the time, saved the roadies backs but were a b*tch to keep tuned.
