I have a feeling that Bing didn't apply the state labels. It looks like a graphic done by the network.

I got Missouri off the bat, that should say Arkansas.

Ashamed to say I had to double check Mississippi and Alabama to make sure the were swapped on the map. I thought they were, but wasn't 100% sure.

a map of texas and Austin's relative position tagged geographically ,with surrounding states with Mississippi labeled AL, Alabama labeled MS and Arkansas labeled MO.
