Can't you require that your eBay bidders have a requisite level of positive feedback before you'll accept their bids?

Been a while since I've ebay'd, but I think the highest you could require was 0. Or, no negatives values.

Since buyers cannot receive negative feedback, that doesn't really help, does it?
