Reminds me of a joke... ...a minister has two parrots and they know all of his prayers. [spoiler] One day a parishioner approaches the minister for help. It seems that he bought a parrot that had previously belonged to a sailor. The bird had an astonishing vocabulary of cuss words and the man was hoping that exposure to the minister's birds could purify his foul mouthed parrot. On seeing the two male parrots, the bird said my name is Polly and I love to f***! One of the minister's birds said to the other, "Oh boy! drop your beads, George. Our prayers have been answered!" [/spoiler] Groan! Rim shot! Please forgive me Precious. I'm really tired and it has clouded my judgement... :ohsnap: Precious really enjoyed the Amazon singing Happy Birthday! Happy birthday miss cockatoo! We had a lesser sulphur crested and an African grey when I was growing up. I miss those boys! Lately I've been enjoying Snowball's videos on YouTube, particularly gangnam style and th Michael Jackson compilation.

My husband used to get his hair cut in a shop with a parrot. One day he was in there and a woman had her little boy with her. She and the boy approached the parrot and people began urging the parrot to say hello. "Say something to the little boy" "Say hi""Talk to the little boy". So the parrot cocked his head, gazed at the little boy for a moment, and clearly said "F#@# You". The mother got the boy away from the bird as fast as she could.

Is Precious eligible for Social Security yet?
Not familiar with bird years, but it sounds like a big milestone to me at 26. Our house had a high of 5 guinea pigs and a bunny at over the years. Daughter took Bunny to New Hampshire as she is starting a new job on the first of March. Only one piggy left through attrition, and he is definitely old enough for Social Security.
