No civil war will happen, not even close. They all know they have it pretty good. They will want to keep their comfortable status quo lives going with out any disturbances. They’re all talk, deep down none of them really believe any of this sh1t with any conviction.

2ndnd - there absolutely will a few that arm up and cause trouble, but in groups of 2-12 and no one is going to actually threaten the seat of gov't.

They will drive around with their guns and their oversized flags, but eventually go back home and restart panic ammo buying for when the war really comes.
I'll angrily be flying my flag too. I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it!!!

The only reason the Dodgers fail to win the World Series is if it's RIGGED!

Propaganda stating that Democrats eat babies and worship satan seems to be working. That says a lot about the amount of inbreeding in this country.

yum!
shouldn't Satan be capitalized?
I think it says more about how effectively some f'krs have dismissed the importance of intelligence and education.

Ain' nothing wrong with being stoopit, but staying that way, that's a choice.
I purposefully did not capitalize “satan,” as a sign of disrespect for it.
Hey, don't knock Satan. Satanists would probably be on the side of democracy, since they generally believe in rational thinking: https://www.edweek.org/leadership/whats-...nt/2016/10

What I am seeing is that large numbers of Republicans see nothing wrong with anything done to put one of their own in power. DeSantis has removed at least five elected Democrats from office and replaced them with his choice of individuals. That is unprecedented in state history, yet there is no outcry as Republicans hold the advantage.

As far as many are concerned this is their birthright and they see nothing wrong in taking it no matter the cost, even if it means splitting the baby in two.

Not to say that won’t be the result, but we have seen they are capable of more than that. For a laundry list of reasons, in the times we live in, the phrase “that’ll never happen” is best used with more circumspection than perhaps any other time in the country’s history.

Edit: To clarify, yes, an actual, full blown civil war is at the far, far edge of even possibility. But wide spread civil unrest? Certain areas becoming unsafe, for a time, for those of perceived leanings, POC, etc.? Misinformation of the size/level of such unrest being greatly exaggerated and disseminated to the point of widespread fear for the stability of the the country? I would rule none of that out 100%.

I get it. You make total sense and the fear is real. But the moment we allowed this evil man to be elected, we allowed Pandora's Box to be opened and we have no choice but to close it or lose our country.

Whatever happens, whatever get's destroyed, whoever dies/get's hurt, is because of that box that remains open.

Civil War? no. They know (think) they will have full control handed to them by gullible, uninformed voters in the next few election cycles.

Walt Kelly said it best.

For the record, Kelly was paraphrasing Master Commandant Oliver Hazard Perry's report to General William Henry Harrison upon defeating the British at the Battle of Lake Erie on September 10, 1813 in the War of 1812.

"Dear General:

We have met the enemy and they are ours. Two ships, two brigs, one schooner and one sloop.

Yours with great respect and esteem,

O.H. Perry"
