I kissed a girl and I liked it
#21
When I was younger I used the dating The rule of 3s:

You are attracted to someone in the first 3 seconds you see them. If you arent, then you arent.
If you talk to each other longer than 3 minutes, theres something there.
A 30 minute phone conversation means a date is next.
If you make it to 3 dates, there will be more.
No sex until after 3 months
If you are still dating after 3 years and theres been no talk of marriage, get out.

Wait...who paid?

It's the things that are done beyond the kiss or date that end up costing for the rest of a life.

Some very interesting postulates here.

This one I must disagree with. I've seen some uber-hotties who were total turn-offs once they revealed the personality behind the hotness, and I've been intensely attracted to some people once I got to know them that I initially found either unremarkable or downright unattractive.

I've got to disagree with this one as well. If the "3-minute conversation" rule was true, then I must have near-universal appeal (go ahead, rotfl at that thought. I certainly did Smile ). I say this because total strangers feel compelled to tell me their life story, or at least the most recent chapter thereof, on very short acquaintance all the time. I generally don't mind this as it helps to pass the time in otherwise boring situations, but I don't read anything special in to it, either.

Agreed.

Absolutely!

A wise and noble ideal, but one that's just about impossible to follow in the real world.

So very true! This maxim should be etched into every mirror in the world so that people will be reminded of it multiple times a day!

I'm thinking sushi appateaser, baked salmon en croƻte with grilled vegetables for main course and lemon sorbet blended with prosecco for the finish. She says she likes seafood and sushi. And yes, I know my way very well around the kitchen and I love to cook.
