...but I don't so I won't.

If I need more than an M-65 could carry, I'd get an eVest.

I just don't like the look of a purse, and I hate baggage.

I tend to wear a jacket or blazer when I have extra stuff to carry that's pocketable. Sometimes put my phone in my soft sided briefcase when I have that with me, but keys and wallet always stay in my pockets. Much less chance of leaving them or locking myself out if I have them on me. That was true even when I was a student and went everywhere with a knapsack.

The only time I had something approaching a "murse" was a year I lived in Paris and had a nice leather case for the removable stereo in my car (that was before removable faceplates). Stereo went into that every time I left the car, and went with me.

Good luck.

My Carhart shorts hold whatever I care to carry. I use a lot of dollar coins and sometimes carry $25 to $75 in dollar coins. My belt keeps them up just fine.

Put me in the group that doesn't leave the house without a backpack, aka "man purse". I even have two sizes; one small and one large depending on how much "stuff" I need to carry. Here in Long Beach CA it's pretty much "standard equipment" for both male and female as it's a very walkable city. I only drive my car when necessary and take public transportation constantly.

Small day packs used to be a requirement in the day *(:>*

I used to live close to a Ralph's Market in Long Beach, I think it was near 10th and Cherry.
I remember good bus lines and easy walking. :priate:

Yeah, see, that's one reason why I don't have a phone. I have a wallet -- an All-Ett that is paper thin. Cash, debit card, credit card, drivers license, and that's it. I put digital keypad locks on the front door so I don't need a house key. For me, walking is something I do every day, and driving is only when I need to, sometimes two or three times a week. So I often go out with just my wallet, or sometimes not even that. I'll take an iPod with me; I prefer the nano but it's crashing frequently. Lord, how I wish I could use an iPod touch as a credit card!

I'm thinking about putting a keyless entry doohicky on my car so I wouldn't even need to carry a car key. I just wish I could keep my drivers license in my car, carry only a credit card and a $20 bill in my pocket. But nooooo, around here everybody demands to see a drivers license when using a credit card. What a pain in the ass.

I think we might be twins. For a number of years I just carried license, credit card, and a little cash in a sandwich-sized baggie but people kept giving me wallets every time there was some sort of secret snowflake or grabbag type deal.

And . . . kind of need a phone-- but the only way I'd ever get a smart phone is if they come out with an iPhone Nano. Which gen do you have that's crashing?

During winter I can make due wit coat pockets but during the summer, or on occasions where I have to really carry a lot of stuff, I use a military bag. Definitely looks manly although it isn't as "nice" looking as I would prefer.
