I don't know where you pick up the language you are using. " the wealthiest 10% have taken ALL of the increased wealth". Taken? Please show me a way so I can "take" some wealth tomorrow? I need it bad. Haven't you made money in your life. How do you feel if I say you have "taken" the money from some poor sap? There are countries in this world with no millionaires. I assure you those missing millions did not end up in other people's pockets. Since you are counting yourself in that top 10% of thieves why aren't you one of them? So let me ask you point blank. Are you a thief?

You see, that is why I am so reluctant to respond to you here. You could have stayed with the substance of the disagreement, but instead you went off on a semantic tangent - and not a particularly good one at that. Here is the first definition of "take" at dictionary.reference.com:

1. to get into one's hold or possession by voluntary action

So substitute that definition into "the wealthiest 10% have taken ALL of the increased wealth" and you get: "the wealthiest 10% have gotten hold or possession of ALL of the increased wealth by voluntary action".

If you need money bad, go pick up your paycheck and when they hand it to you, TAKE it.

Sorry. You inadvertently used the word that describes how you really feel about the rich. You could have said "earned", but you said took. So to prove me wrong go on the record right here and thank the 1% who pay 40% of the bill. While you are at it, please explain what portion of your annual earning is ill gotten and you really don't deserve it.

So you dodge the question I asked in the first post you quoted, instead taking off on a semantic tangent where you choose to project what you think I meant and then use that projection to fabricate a straw man argument. No, I'm not going to go any farther with your nonsense.

TK,it didn't take too long to make you run away from your own post. The message coming out loud and clear from your post is that the top whatever do not deserve what they have. Then you say you are one of them. When I ask you how much of your earnings last year you consider to be undeserving of you head for tall grass.

You are another self-hating rich who, incidentally, refuses to give up a cent of all that undeserved income.

Dakota - jeezo, do you really like coming across as such a bitter and small minded person? I think you are responding to that guy in the mirror too much when you come here.
