Dakota in his rush to make this a personal embarrassment for President Obama runs right over the military that
he claims to have so much respect for. Perhaps it's just his "friends" (as he has referred to them) in the
military contracting business that he respects so much.
He has inadvertently remade the point that many have already made - why didn't this guy set off red flags ?
I'm sure that this was Dakotas real concern - I know it is mine (or he was just being a putz - you make the call)
It's not just this case either. There have been a number of other murders connected to soldiers recently returned
from active duty in Iraq and Afghanistan - Ft. Carson three anyone ? (11 murders) http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/sto...er_spree/1
or the all time record holder, army vet Tim McVeigh and everything in between
I have a number of young relatives in theater right now and another deploying in Feb and it is a concern
that the mental health of the troops has been largely under served or just plain ignored .
So perhaps Obama as Commander in Chief is responsible, as Bush was before. Hopefully Obama will not ignore
the problems concerning the mental healthcare of veterans - like Bush did.
