Is this a 10.4.6 problem? I can't see some of the posted pics.

I read a mention of this as a Safari/10.4.6 issue topic on MacFixit but couldn't see the actual thread because it costs to view!

Any suggestions?

If you move the mouse in the area in front of the cat, curiously enough, the cat tries to catch it. This looks just like my cat, AKA Grover AKA Denomolos the evil one.
