I work for a municipality...in a management capacity. I've been here for 10+ years.
I earn far less than the firefighters who have been here 10+ years. I told my Dad that I should have saved him $100k in college tuition and become a firefighter when I graduated HS. I'd be retired with full medical and pension benefits in only 3 years!
