Steve RIP
#61
So much sadder than I ever thought I'd be at this news...

Might I suggest that we retire the use of "LEADER" after this thread passes into history? Out of respect??

Our leader had passed on...

My wife called me as I was watching the sunset at a park. Agree, on a par with Edison. Maybe as effective an agent of change as Eisenhower!

Sad day for the Apple faithful, and really for all those whose lives were touched by Apple's products.

Rest in Peace, brother.

I also. I can't think of a recent public figure whose death has affected me so.
Apple has really made a big difference in my life.

Very sad. And yes, the word "visionary" is appropriate here. When you think about how much he changed the world, how we all function, it's just mind-boggling. In fact we are, more or less, all here talking with each other right this minute because of him.

May you rest in peace Steve.

Without Steve Jobs coming back and turning around Apple, technology would be a far different now. I could not imagine not using the technology that he made happen.

I don't normally drink the Kool-Aid even though I have a Mac, but this is like Henry Ford dying.

Every minute it hits me a little harder. He was a great visionary and now- a true legend. So sad. Sad
