I decided that the 2.0 GHz MacBook with the NVIDIA graphics was my cost/features sweet spot, at $749, in 13" MB or MBP refurbs, especially since I wanted a larger hard drive and more memory than the current 2.13 GHz machine comes with. This model disappears quickly from the refurb store. So when one appeared, I grabbed it.
It appears to be brand new, without a blemish or a finger print. It is surprising how much wider it is , almost 2 inches, than the 12" Powerbook it will replace. And it surely can't be confused with a netbook.
Since my money is spent it means that Apple will soon introduce a new small dream machine for you.
