Is it just me or did toner really jump in price?

It is where I purchase mine, minor endorsement.

Yeah, but I have some other stuff I need to get. One thing I see is $10 cheaper. I wonder if that ILG offers similar print quality. So far that's ~$30 savings (was going to get the HP 15A) and I have a couple other things I've been thinking about.

Of course, Google maps is telling me:
22 mins
1 hour 10 mins in traffic

Hmm.

You might save some toner by using this font...

Yeah, I know it. Don't like it. I'm actually printing CD labels with graphics on them.

Notes to self:
- If Fry's say something is in stock, that means it was in stock at 4am.
- If you order it online and pay for it online, and you get a confirmation that your stuff is ready, it doesn't mean they have it in stock or that it will be ready when you get there.
- Apparently green is the new yellow as far as the WSDOT is concerned. I do not consider 40mph in a 60 zone to be "wide open."

Sorry, that really sucks. Did you call the store and verify it or just rely on the stock listing online? They used to be worse than BestBuy or CircuitCity for answering the phone and/or getting items ready (and still are, but... they did stay in business, unlike CC) which is why I said good luck calling.

I didn't call the store because I didn't think Frys would actually go out and check. They're only supposed to send a verification email for purchases if the system says they have it in stock. So if there's a discrepancy there, you're out of luck.

But I should note they did have the toner and labels, so I saved around $30. It prints better than my last one, so it's really more comparable to the $90 cartridge. So I really saved more around $70. They just didn't have some of the other stuff I wanted to get there.

I've been buying from this place for a while and yet to encounter a problem. I'm probably their only walk in customer.
