In case you wondered what that powerpoint presentation was all about. Is this what they do at army medical schools?

Sounds like a cry for help to me. He was sending out a warning that his brain might explode. Doesn't excuse his actions but it is writ loud and clear. Did you have any point or was this just another dakota hates dark-skinned people thread?

That, and the language surrounding the posting of his presentation is typical sensationalism from the Washington Post. As a psychiatrist, a presentation on the psychological effects possible on a soldier was well within the definition of a "medical topic".

This was no talk on "psychological effects" of war. It might as well have been an Al-Qaida pamphlet. If you think this was a "medical topic", then no wonder people like him are on the loose. I have a few questions of the idiot professor who graded his work too.

Hasan was characterized in meetings as a mediocre student and lazy worker, a matter of concern among the doctors and staff at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, a military medical school in Bethesda, Md., the official said.

This is an absolutely ridiculous statement. Are you simply biased or do you have no critical thinking skills whatsoever?

I won't be surprised if in due time he is appointed as the Distinguished Director of the Center for Middle East Studies at some school. With fans like we see here, it is a distinct possibility. Just to know how whacked out you are even Time magazine calls him a terrorist on their cover. "Informative presentation"? It is precisely this line of thought that enabled him to do what he did.
