I recall one back in Dealmac time where the poor besterd who posted was assaulted with some hilarious comments on his situation.
Apparently being in stitches was not the best medicine for his stitches.

I think it was Racer who said we should try to make him laugh so hard he had to sign off in agony.

I've had no side effects. Everything works and feels just like it the day before I went in for the procedure. You'd have to google for possible side effects, and if you had any, I'd bet you'd be in the minority there.

Unreleasable material is re-absorbed by your body. And in actuality, is probably a couple squirts (sorry, bad word) from an eye dropper anyway. Very small amount.
