Cannot hook up with iCloud after upgrading to IOS5.

I have bought an iMac, an iPhone4 and an iPad. And a few days ago i bought a new MacBook Air. I have downloaded IOS5 to upgrade them. And I want to hook up with iCloud. But i cannot get iCloud to hook up.
